TYPES OF BUSINESSES
A type of business determines or describes how they are organized and run. The four main types of business ownerships are the following:
-sole proprietorship: it means that only one person is the owner of the company and is responsible for the resources or founds related to the organization of the business. Depending on the number of employees the owner has different responsibilities including selling and arranging displace.
If the company or the owner has liabilities this are called unlimited liabilities.
-partnership: is a type of business in which two or more individuals share the cost and responsibilities related to the business. The terms of the partnership are recorded in a partnership agreement, this two people share the liabilities and they are are called limited liabilities
